I met Ted Deignan 10 years ago, as a neighbor. Soon after that, I began having trouble with my landlord and the new commercial business in the building, directly below me. The business was abusing the space with loud music and customers, partying every night as well as violating residents privacy an...d building areas. They had removed the ceiling and insulation in the space, leaving no sound protection between my bedroom/bathroom area, leading me to be able to hear them clearly. Both my landlord and the tenant were unwilling to do anything to fix the situation, and both sets began harassing me in several ways. He offered great advice and guidance to what would become a nearly 3 year case. As this case went on, it became stressful for me. I was surrounded by it - the noise and the daily threat of harassment from my landlord, the tenant and his employees.
