Teddy assisted me with my succession case after the death of my mother. I was pregnant and scared. Teddy was not only confident but also very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. During the time I worked with Teddy he responded in an extreme timely matter and worked har...d for me. I found him to be a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person. He is absolutely fantastic and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

My daughter desperately needed some help from a tenant lawyer when she was forced to evacuate with just a coat at 6:00 am one cold December 2020 morning due to a 6 alarm fire in the buildings next door. She and her roommate couldn’t get back in and the Managing Agent was of no help. I called Edward a...nd left a message, and he called me back right away. None of the other 3 lawyers I called even took the time to respond. I briefly explained the situation and he was very sympathetic. He then followed up with my daughter and said he could write a letter and interface with the Management Firm all for a reasonable amount. My daughter and her roommate were relieved to not have to communicate with the Agent as he was becoming increasingly caustic. They were out of the building for about 6 weeks and Edward was able to negotiate the apartment cleaning, a reduced rent (they still don’t have a working stove due to a gas issue) and a microwave. They never would have achieved this on their own and are very pleased with the results! Thanks Edward for all the help and being a calming, responsive, knowledgeable influence!
