Drove almost 2 hours for an in person consultation that cost me $200 only to tell me the same information that was given on the phone. Then when I asked a few questions about the process and her retainer agreement, I was suddenly reccomended to a new lawyer and we "weren't a good fit". Super un...professional, the whole process and operation seemed a little sketchy from the beginning, but that took it to a whole new level. You'd think that a client who was doing his due dilligence and ready to do the work would be welcomed to a lawyer not a burden. Very dissapointed overall, just want this out there so someone else doesn't fall into the same pitfalls.

Alla Kachan signed a contract and request a full payment for it, charged additional payment for filling fees for bankruptcy petition and charged money for opply for pro vac vice to represent me in different state. After she took my money she tryed to offer me insted to be my consultant and send me t...o court myself without representing me and telling me that a crazy state wuth their regulations. I lost money bc of her and hired a best local lawyer in Mn who was able to partially saved me. She is a liar and I am taking her to court for Ethics violations and breaching a contract.
