Replied last December 10, 2025Our office has an impeccable record in the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court, Southern District Bankruptcy Court, and the District of New Jersey. We file all of our Chapter 11 cases only in full compliance with all of the applicable Bankruptcy Court rules, and yield one of the highest chapter 11 plan confirmation rates in the district. Mr. Tejune has similarly falsely reviewed three other law offices, as it appears to be a pattern for this client. Mr. TeJune agreed and signed a retainer, setting forth the rules of the Bankruptcy Code, in that a Chapter 11 petition can not be filed before a full pre petition retainer is paid. Mr.Tejune had a full bankruptcy petition prepared with our office. Thus, when three months later, Mr. Tejune decided not to go forward with the filing, and requested a refund, he was promptly provided a partial refund, and advised that a fee was charged for the preparation of the Chapter 11 petition and all work that that entailed, as per the terms of his signed retainer. Our office acted in full compliance with the terms of a signed retainer agreement, and charged only the amount contracted for the services rendered. A look at Mr. TeJune's previous reviews shows that it is the practice for this client to obtain services, and then seek to avoid payment by threatening complaints, and making false public statements about the referenced businesses.

Our firm operates with strict adherence to professional conduct, legal ethics, and the terms outlined in our client agreements. All fees and services—including court filings, pro hac vice applications, and representation in out-of-state matters—are thoroughly discussed and documented in writing before work begins. At no point are clients left uncertain about the nature of our representation or what is required under the laws of another jurisdiction. In this case, our attorney acted in full accordance with the contract signed and clearly communicated all options, limitations, and legal realities regarding representation in another state. When it became evident that your expectations exceeded what was ethically or legally permissible under local court rules, we responsibly offered alternative approaches. Calling our firm or its attorneys “liars” and making threats of legal action online is both defamatory and inaccurate. If you believe you have a legitimate legal grievance, the appropriate avenue is through the court system—not public accusations that misrepresent facts and damage reputations.
