I initially sought legal assistance to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Instead, I was persuaded to pursue Chapter 11 for my company, even though I did not fully understand the difference between the procedures and relied entirely on professional advice. The case dragged on for more than three years. Du...ring that time, I continued paying legal fees, yet the matter was never completed. I suffered significant financial loss and prolonged stress throughout this period. When I began to question the situation, I consulted multiple independent attorneys. Their response was surprising — they expressed concern about the strategy used in my case and indicated that my situation could likely have been handled much more simply, significantly faster, and at a fraction of the cost — potentially within just a few months. Based on my experience, the path I was directed toward proved to be unnecessarily complex and extremely costly. It gave me the impression that the approach increased the duration and expense of the case rather than prioritizing the client’s best interests. I did not feel that my interests were placed first. As a result, I lost substantial money, years of time, and trust. For these reasons, I would not recommend hiring this attorney and strongly urge anyone considering this firm to seek independent legal opinions before signing any agreement

I had an initially positive experience working with Alla, decided to not move forward and was charged $3K+ !! Watch out for how reasonable she is and how easy it is (or really lack thereof) to work with her. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at the end. Buyer beware and I thought appropria...te to warn others! There are many lawyers out there and I'm sure would be more capable and reasonable. I would recommend to NOT work with her. I have filed a complaint with the NY Bar as well. If you have the same negative experience, I would suggest you do the same and utilize the rights you have.
