Instead, I was persuaded to pursue Chapter 11 for my company, even though I did not fully understand the difference between the procedures and relied entirely on professional advice. Alla Kachan signed a contract and request a full payment for it, charged additional payment for filling fees for bankruptcy petition and charged money for opply for pro vac vice to represent me in different state. After she took my money she tryed to offer me insted to be my consultant and send me t...o court myself without representing me and telling me that a crazy state wuth their regulations. I lost money bc of her and hired a best local lawyer in Mn who was able to partially saved me. She is a liar and I am taking her to court for Ethics violations and breaching a contract.
