I had previously used Marc & John for my H1b filling process. I had great experience with them and decided to process my GC filling with them too. I liked how everything was done online (form submission, documents upload, payments etc. etc) making everything easy to do and accessible. John kept us in...formed and was easy to reach out for any question. Their cost is very competitive compared to any other services. Hence, I ended up using them for my I-751 filling too, to have greater confidence and avoid doing paper work by myself. I had great experience and have already referred them 2 of my other friends. Since the first day we contacted Marc his response time has been fantastic. Not only did he walk us through the visa process from day one, he responded to all the little questions we asked that we were not sure on. Also, being a guy I don't always read the small print nor take the time to understand ...the process, therefore when I asked Marc questions that were clear if I'd taken the time to read the process he still responded to me. I can definitely recommend the services of Marc Taylor, immigration attorney. His interactive website for submitting documents was easy to use, and his staff was very responive to all my concerns. Our K-1 visa was approved, no doubt in part because of his careful attention to detail, and his advice ...prior to the interview process. One of the reasons I decided to use his services, which were not the cheapest available on the web, but he collected the second half of his fee after the initial application was accepted, meaning that the paperwork was properly filled out. Be foerewarned that having the application approved is only the beginning of the process, it does not guarantee a visa from the consulate. As it it turned out , my fiance and I were not compatible and did not get married, but I can enthusiastically endorse the services of Attorney Marc Taylor and his able staff.

They have easy checklists to gather all required documentation, never received a request for additional evidence from uscis because ever...ything was well prepared. The online system keeps you updated on your case and any emails are promptly answered, usually within a few hours. Highly recommend this company.
