I started to consult with him Sep 28, 2015 and I hired him on Oct 22, 2015 (I did not strongly consult with him about the recommendation letters). We filed I-140 petition by early January, 2016 and my petition got approved in mid March. As soon as I gave all information, they prepared my I-140 petiti...on very quickly (Ivan Savvine did excellent work in a timely manner).
