A True advocate
I have used Mr. Taylor in several real estate transactions. In one transaction, he saved me more money that I have paid him in aggregate.

Terrible option run away
I hired them to handle my GC process, lack of knowledge, lack of communication, they don't know what they are doing (none of them believe me), they all are useless. I gave them one star because the system won't let me post my review without marking any stars, they deserve -5 stars
This is a rather unfortunate response to the underlying circumstances of this representation. I wish this reviewer success in their immigration matter, but I was not able to engage in conduct, that in my assessment, is contrary to my ethical obligations as a licensed attorney and Officer of the Court. I have represented the employer of this individual in a substantial amount of immigration matters over a number of years. It is regretful that I had to cease continued representation of this client, in not only this matter, but all of their matters; in my opinion, it was necessary, given my ethical obligations. The former client and their employee were well advised to immediately seek assistance of other legal counsel. I would expect that my former client and this reviewer, decide to conduct themselves in a manner that does not place their next legal representative in a similar position as they have placed me, and wish them success in all of their immigration matters.

L1A filing - Do not recommend
I decided to go with TNA Law and Marc Taylor's team after reading the positive reviews on Avvo and of course, their cost was low. and I regret my decision. First, my case was de-prioritized due to H-1B application deadline in March, they took more than 45 days to prepare my application and it was ...
Although this reviewer is listed as Anonymous, the time line and information provide by the reviewer clearly identifies the specific case. Here are the circumstances omitted: 1. The case was approved. 2. Legal services were requested during the H-1B season. The client was informed that they would have to wait until after the H-1B season ended. The client misinformed us that their visa was expiring in April so we decided to take on their case with the understanding that their case would be of secondary priority due to the H-1B CAP filing deadline. 3. The client agreed with this understanding because they did not want to pay the extremely high fees of other attorneys. 4. Prior to the initial filing the client documentation had to be revised multiple times due to their errors and inconsistencies. 5. The forms were sent to the Client for signature and return to our office at the end of March. 6. The forms returned to our office by the client were printed by the client incorrectly (top and bottom cut off). 7. The revised forms the client mailed to us via UPS in early April were lost by UPS and just received by my office September 17, 2018. 8. The third versions received, once confirmed that they were printed and signed correctly, were filed with USCIS the following day. 9. The RFE was received at the end of April and due middle of July, was processed based on the priority of other RFEs that were due prior to this Client's. 10. The Client was informed of the inordinate number of RFEs being issued by USCIS and that would delay the processing of all cases including this client's 11. The case was approved. We strive to provide the most efficient and cost effective legal representation in immigration matters. My law firm as well as many others are facing one of the most draconian periods in immigration law. My law firm offers flat rates (unlike many) and as such does not have the benefit of up-scaling personnel resources due to the ability to increase hourly billing. We wish this Client success in their endeavors in the U.S. market.

I hired Marc Taylor and associates to process an employee's H1B, totally straight forward process. They were cheaper than most so I went for it, should have been my first red flag. They do not respond to you emails period, they just don't. When they did respond it was either Marc copy and pasting lin...
We at Taylor & Associates Law PC make every attempt to provide excellent, professional and informed service to all of our clients. Unfortunately, I cannot make a specific response to this review as the identity of the client is unknown. Without the ability to properly defend against these accusations, we rely on the overwhelmingly positive and satisfied reviews we have received to represent the true character and quality of service our law office provides.

Green Card Process
One of the worst attorney firm in the country. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. John Dorer and Marc are both incompetent with John who handled my case being the worst.
We at Taylor & Associates Law PC make every attempt to provide excellent, professional and informed service to all of our clients and in this client's opinion we have fallen short of this goal. Unfortunately, I cannot make a specific response to this review as the identity of the client is unknown, which we respect as their prerogative. We apologize to the client, and will continue to strive for excellence in our legal representation.
