My law office attempts to provide excellent service to all our clients, regardless of their individual difficulties, and I am disappointed that you were not satisfied with the service provided. It is important to note that there is no "straightforward" Immigrant visa case. The U.S. immigration visa process is rife with inconsistencies, ambiguities and errors, that lead to very frustrating results for many foreign nationals, seeking employment and/or residence in the U.S. Thankfully, you achieved your goal and received the visa requested. I am ethically restricted from discussing any specifics about your case in this response, but will correspond directly with you regarding your concerns. I would like to note that your experience is an aberration and the actions you took during the consular process, played a role in some of your confusion. For instance, there is no online form that is filed by my office, much less a deadline for one. I hope a more through review of the details of your case outside of this forum will resolve your issues.
