Marina Shepelsky and her team, especially her associate Colleen M. Vitali, have been outstanding professionals in handling my complex, multi-state contested divorce case in New York and California. The divorce process itself has been extremely overwhelming and stressful, but having the best divorce a...ttorneys in my corner helped me survive this very difficult time and eventually move on with my life! Both Marina and Colleen conducted my divorce case with the utmost diligence, in a manner consistent with years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of matrimonial/family law. Their caring, compassion, and understanding to my highly emotional situation provided me with the comfort and support that I desperately needed to successfully navigate this extremely turbulent process. Marina and Colleen listened to my questions, provided explanations in simple, understandable, and practical terms, kept me updated regularly regarding progress, and were always honest and upfront in managing my expectations. They have gone the extra mile, above and beyond for me every time! Marina’s dedicated support staff, especially Jacob, have been very helpful in facilitating my divorce process and generous with their time, empathy, and guidance. Outstanding Attorney

I worked for/with Marina Shepelsky for 2 years and have to say that she is an outstanding Immigration and Matrimonial/Family attorney. Marina is very knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about helping people, which adds a human face to her work. She is extremely successful at resolving the tough...est cases. I highly recommend this attorney.

Divorce Case

Marina is the most professional, knowledgeable and caring attorney by far! She's not like any other attorney that only cares about your money. She answered all my questions in detail and gave me good advices. She handled my divorce case and has done an excellent job. I am highly recommend her!!!

think twice before hiring!

First she seemed so professional and honest. I hired her even though she was pretty pricey. After 4 months of paperwork procedure I got nothing but disappointment, overpayment to her and a lot of anxiety. Overall she just screwed up my case. She charged more than promised asking for more money after ...the 1st objection for my papers. I paid. When I got 2nd and the last objection she asked to continue for additional payment. She was always late for submitting the papers, never returned my calls and replied 1 e-mail of 10. I am disgusted with the service and extremely high prices of this lawyer. She wants only money and does not care about you or your case. Please be cautious!
