You are correct that you initially started working with Pavel, and later another team member took over - this is a normal process, as staff changes can occur. Due to a miscommunication with Pavel, the initial contract did not accurately reflect the actual scope of services we were providing, in fact, parts of the original scope were not relevant to your matter. For this reason, we sent you a corrected contract. It is important to note that the correct scope of services was significantly more extensive than what was originally stated. However, despite updating the contract, we honored the originally agreed price, which was substantially lower than the value of the services you were receiving. In other words, you did not incur any financial loss - on the contrary, you received more comprehensive services at the same lower cost. This adjustment did not negatively affect your case in any way; it was simply necessary to ensure that the written agreement accurately reflected the work being performed. Before sending the updated contract, our team member explained everything to you in detail over the phone. Only after that conversation was the contract sent for your review and signature, which is also consistent with the communication shown in your screenshots. At no point did our team member state that they were unaware of your case details or the scope of services - in fact, they were the one who explained it to you. The screenshots you provided reflect communication regarding your payments and account balance. They do not show any discussion where you inquired about the scope of services and were told “I don’t know.” In those messages, our team clearly confirmed your payment history and balances, and there was no disagreement on that matter. At a certain point, you stopped making payments and began submitting documents to the court independently, without consulting our firm. When a client takes legal action on their own while represented, without coordination, it can create serious risks for the case and prevents counsel from effectively managing the matter. In those circumstances, withdrawal is sometimes necessary to protect both the client’s interests and the integrity of the representation. We remain committed to professionalism, fairness, and transparency in every case we handle. Our priority has always been to provide clients with accurate guidance, correct problems when we identify them, and act responsibly when a matter can no longer be handled effectively under the circumstances.
