Good advice

Hi contacted Matthew Porges to get advice about a possible claim with my landord in Small Claims court. He gave me good advice and offered to provide some services for me in hopes to resolve the issue without my needing to file a claim.

Good Attorney!

Had an issue with a Squatter in an apartment I rented for a friend in Brooklyn. Friend passed away and Squatter would not move out. Matthew took command and got us into Court FAST! Once the Squatter knew he had lost he gave up and moved out in 3 days.

A Compassionate, Tireless, Effective Professional

Matthew Porges defended me in a landlord-tenant case that got pretty sordid and not a little nasty/petty. He was knowledgeable AND adaptable, willing to explore, and able to go the distance. He not only kept me informed: he was available and responsive. I cannot recommend him more highly. And he give...s great referrals, too! The kind of human being we wish every professional we call would turn out to be.

Highly recommend

Attorney Porges represented me in a breach of contract case. He took the time to understand the nuances of the case and was responsive and assertive when appropriate. He is very knowledgeable of court procedure. Porges was determined to win the case and was also successful at securing restitution.
