I had hired Jessica for a closing in 2016 and I was totally dissatisfied. When called she rarely answered her phone and when she got back to me she would ask if I had new information based on information my realtor gave me. She doesn’t follow up on anything and although I wasn’t able to close, she ch...arged me a hefty fee. I actually know someone who recently used her with the same result of her unavailability when called. I would not recommend her.

This was my first time buying a home and Jessica was recommended to us. She did a great job and would always get back to me in a timely manner. If I had any questions, she would always get back to me as soon as she could, if not the same day. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants to hire her... services. She is very kind and helpful.
