She was successful at expressing to the title company the fact that over $2,000 in ECB charges were erroneously charged against my name (which appeared as liens against the property). The liens stemmed from my employment, as an Executive, with a propert...y management firm. As a result, the title company disregarded those “liens”. She flawlessly, expeditiously and successfully closed on the sale of my home.
