I recently just purchased a home and used Terrance as our Real estate Lawyer and i can say we chose the best in the business . We first looked at a 2 family house and Terrance had the patience and great advice not to purchase the home due to a tenant issue. After looking at several homes we found th...e perfect one to close on. Terrance was reliable and fast with helping us close.
