I recently just purchased a home and used Terrance as our Real estate Lawyer and i can say we chose the best in the business . We first looked at a 2 family house and Terrance had the patience and great advice not to purchase the home due to a tenant issue. After looking at several homes we found th...e perfect one to close on. Terrance was reliable and fast with helping us close. It gives me great pleasure to give him 5 stars for working with us and getting us to the finish line!!
