I cannot say enough about Ms. Rayner and her ability to strategize and litigate. While I was focused on the immediate road ahead, Ms. Rayner saw what twists and turns awaited months down the road and positioned me for success when everything seemed as though it would fail. Any attorney will say t...hat they "fight" for their client, but few have the knowledge, ability and legal weapons to not just fight, but strategically position their clients to win. I was blindsided when my wife asked for a divorce, shock and confused by her baseless allegations throughout the proceedings and was facing an uphill battle from the very beginning. Any other attorney would have looked at my case and believed it to be impossible to win custody of my children or even have a successful financial settlement. For most clients, a divorce is their first substantial interaction with an attorney and a courtroom...their first time being the subject of motions and briefs, being the focus of a deposition and probably one of the most personal, heart wrenching "uncouplings" possible. I recently went through a long, heavily contested divorce. Kim and all of her associates made the process as "easy" as going through a divorce can be. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to conduct herself in front of the judge and opposing lawyer to get the results I wanted. While ...there are many things I can positively review about her, to me the most important thing was how Kim could keep me calm when things got difficult by clearly explaining the situation and what my options were. This will severely hurt your case. - I didn’t feel at all that the opponent lawyer respect her. The opponent lawyer didn’t reply to most of her emails and ignored many times.
