Brandon W. Rothstein joined Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. in the Fall of 2014. His primary focus is Matrimonial Law, Family Law and litigation.
Professional Profile
Mr. Rothstein received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 2014, where he concentrated his studies in matrimonial law as well as on issues concerning land use, zoning and Medical Malpractice. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Rothstein is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and both the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey.
Mr. Rothstein’s practice includes high net-worth equitable distribution, complex custody and child support disputes, the negotiation of pre and post nuptial agreements, real estate transactions, and criminal matters. He appears before both Family and Supreme Courts across New York State. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Rothstein was a Law Clerk with a well-known Supreme Court Judge.
