Kim M. Rayner

I recently went through a long, heavily contested divorce. Kim and all of her associates made the process as "easy" as going through a divorce can be. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to conduct herself in front of the judge and opposing lawyer to get the results I wanted. While ...there are many things I can positively review about her, to me the most important thing was how Kim could keep me calm when things got difficult by clearly explaining the situation and what my options were. Every time I became worried about something, thought we were missing something, etc., she made sure to show me we were covered. I would highly recommend Kim for legal representation.

Kim is an excellent attorney who worked diligently to help guide me through my divorce. She responded to any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed as soon as any new issues arose. Her professionalism and calm demeanor helped to keep things moving forward and I always knew we would be pre...pared when we were in court. Divorce is a very emotional journey and having Kim as my attorney my best interests were addressed and taken care of.

I began working with Ms. Rayner in november of 2017 during a custody and child support dispute with my child's mother through out the whole process from day one Ms. Rayner told me to stay calm and I will be just fine each time we stepped in that court room I always came out with relief and 97 percent... of the time we always got what asked from the judge shes a great attorney and she will keep you at ease through the whole process and her staff is great donna and Christie are very helpful it was a breath of fresh air when a family member gave me there number to call

Throughout the course of my case, I encountered significant communication challenges. There were extended delays in responses, and at times, I felt left in the dark during critical moments of the legal process. Sometimes, there was not even a response. One example, I retained Rayner on October 8th... and sent an email in November, 30 days later, as I had not heard anything regarding my case. Additionally, there were multiple changes in her support staff, three different legal aides during my time as a client, which contributed to the lack of continuity and follow-through. There were also moments when certain suggestions made by the attorney raised ethical concerns. Most notably, my case was dismissed due to a preventable technicality, a required document was not submitted properly, an oversight that led to a dismissal and extension of the process. While I understand that law practices can go through transitional periods, I believe clients deserve consistency, professionalism, and timely communication, especially during already stressful legal proceedings. This review is not intended to disparage Ms. Rayner personally, but to offer constructive feedback and transparency about my experience. I ultimately had to let her go and hired a different attorney.
