Jared William Derosso

Jared DeRosso focuses his practice primarily on divorce and other family law matters. Working out of the firm's office in New City, New York, he provides representation to clients throughout Rockland County and the surrounding Hudson Valley. Mr. DeRosso has been admitted to practice before all New York state courts since 2013.

A significant portion of Mr. DeRosso's client base is made up of area residents who are seeing their marriages come to an end and who are thus having to deal with such divorce-related issues as the division of complex assets and debts, child custody and visitation, alimony and child support. A forceful courtroom advocate for his clients when litigation is necessary, he often helps them avoid the stress and uncertainty of a trial by encouraging them to come to an accord on these issues through the negotiation of a settlement agreement. For his clients whose marriages have already been dissolved, Mr. DeRosso appears with them in court when they are seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing parenting and support orders, and for those who are considering getting married, he prepares and reviews prenuptial agreements.
