4 point ticket dismissed and reduced to nothing
I was ticketed for 60 mph in a 40 mph zone in the Harriman State park. I was definitely not doing 60, but how can you argue with the County Police? Ticket was to be heard in Haverstraw Court. 2 Traffic tickets, tarrytown and ramapo
Had 3 tickets, was facing total of 10 points and suspended license. Lawyer went to court 3 times on my behalf. Verdict: ZERO points. Fines obviously. No suspended license. Best lawyer hands down.
