I think he's one of the greatest real estate lawyers in Rockland County. Anytime I've ever called him he's always return my call within an hour is very pleasurable to speak with . He's always solved my legal problems at a very fair price. Gary p

STAY AWAY! A foreclosure was entered against me although I'd received no notice from plaintiff at all. I told Lauterbach I wanted the default vacated and case dismissed. Our records do not reflect being contacted by a potential client named "Pamela". In a case with similar facts, however, we had met with a gentleman who said he wanted to retain us. While we met on two occasions and spoke on the phone additional times, despite several conversations and meetings during which he agreed to tender the retainer to engage our services, the retainer payment was never made. We strive to assist all our clients in the best and most competent way possible, but we must first be retained to do so. We were unable to take action with the court without first being retained to do so. Unfortunately, in this instance the potential client never became our client and we were therefore unable to act as his attorney in his matter.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Spencer for over 8 years and have always known him to exhibit great empathy for the stressful situation his clients face when foreclosure is imminent. His creative thinking and considerable experience dealing with banks and other lenders both in and out of court have yielded excellent results for his clients."
