I gave him a call at 8:45am (45 minutes before my case). I was not expecting much as I had procrastinated beyond the right to have any reasonable expectations. However, after a quickly returned call and some brief but fair negotiations I found myself sitting beside Mr Wolfberg just a short time later... in the online queue waiting to be called. Mr Wolfberg took this time to prep me and clue me in on this Judges triggers. What grinds his gears and what and how he likes a defendant to carry themselves. It was quite apparent that any Judge in Rockland could've been on the other end of the line and Mr Wolfberg would have had the goods to share on how to direct myself before them. Mr Wolfberg far exceeded anything I would have expected even had I allowed ample time to prepare. I didn't, which makes the deal I cut with the town all the more surprising. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge to lean on but more importantly, he comes to the table with hard earned experience. It's his vast experience that makes him a truly formidable presence in any courtroom. A wink and nod between my attorney and the judge saw me off with a minimal violation. The best part is this, given the severity of the matter at hand, Mr Wolfberg quoted me a reasonable fee to retain his services. However, after he was able to bring his experience to bear to help my case end right then and there, he also went ahead a waived the balance that I owed him. So he took on (and shut down in spectacular fashion) my case for the total put down as just a deposit... and then he wished me well. I hope not to need his services again but I know who Ill be using from now on if I do.

Mr. Wolfberg represented me on fighting a speeding ticket issued to me at West Seneca, New York during my trip from Baltimore to Toronto during early Feb 2021. (speeding at 85 miles in a 65 Miles area) I was going to be in Canada for the next 10 weeks and there was no one at my residence in US to col...lect any correspondence from the court.
