Lost my case! Once he gets your money, you won't hear from him! Very unprofessional!
He does great marketing and advertising but not so great in defending you in court. He lost my case that resulted in 8 points and over $1,200 in expenses, not included thousands of dollars in raised insurance. Replied last October 16, 2013Here are the facts: 1) He hired me for a ticket in NYC, where there NO PLEA Bargaining, it is win or lose, all or nothing. 2) We fought his case for over a year with many court dates, unfortunately, though, we lost which was a chance he took. (here is the case history): Hearing Date Time Hearing History Wed Sep 11, 2013 8:30AM RESCHEDULE - ADMINISTRATIVE BY OFFICE Mon Mar 25, 2013 8:30AM RESCHEDULE - OFFICER UNAVAILABLE Thu Dec 06, 2012 8:30AM RESCHEDULE - BONDED Thu Oct 04, 2012 8:30AM RESCHEDULE - MOTORIST REQUEST Mon Aug 06, 2012 8:30AM RESCHEDULE - ADMINISTRATIVE BY OFFICE Mon Jun 04, 2012 8:30AM SCHEDULE - NOT GUILTY PLEA 3) This client threatened to write negative reviews about me if I didn't refund his money. There was no basis to refund his money. Yet, he blackmailed me, writing the following: "You obviously don't think one new bad review that spreads across the internet is going to make your business less attractive to new customers who have plenty of other choices. You obviously think by keeping my $425 your wealth will be complete and you can retire and won't need to practice anymore. You want to keep my $425? You keep it. This weekend I am completely free and if I don't get the check for $425 on Saturday I will spend he rest of the weekend working on the review and you can read about yourself on Monday morning.
