Biography
I have been in practice for 35 years. I am a fourth generation lawyer in my family. We have proudly served as attorneys in New York State for more than 117 years continuoulsy.
My practice is primarily focused on protecting those people who protect us all. These people are primarily municpal workers such as police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, DPW workers, school teachers and CSEA members.
I read every review posted and try to be responsive to all of my clients. I have work very hard on each case and am typically in my office 6 days a week. I provide clients with my email address and cell phone number for emergencies on request. We have state of the art technology and can access your files remotely to always be on top of your legal matters.
I regulary deal with issues concerning disability retirement pensions, social security disablity, workers compensation issues as well as personal injury litigation. I typically work six days a week and answer the calls and emails of my clients seven days a week as the need arises.

I am here to serve the needs of the sick and injured and am typically available seven days a week. I do not charge for initial consulation calls and constantly strive to improve on the quality of the services I offer. The best attorney I could have landed for my case!
