Mr. Roth calls back or emails with in seconds day or night or weekends. He is a busy guy but that's probably because he is good. If he wasn't busy then I'd be concerned. I called a few lawyers before speaking wih mr Roth. One from Albany who wasn't so nice on the phone. When I went to go sit with m...r Roth he made me feel good. Very easy to talk to and he actually looked out for what's best for me. I email him a lot and he emails me back with in minutes. Very dedicated and I talk to him not a secretary. Waiting on 3/4 and disability so hopefully it works out, I trust Mr. Roth I don't think he will let me down. Mr Roth also does Workmans comp which is great. Is rather have one lawyer doing everything.
