Over half the staff has been with the firm for well over 10 years. We represent individuals in serious personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect claims. Our firm is one of the few law firms in the country utilizing biomechanical engineers in the defense & prosecution of personal injury claims. My experience also includes litigating labor & employment law matters. Which includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling employment arbitrations, participating in hearings before the NLRB & litigating issues under the National Labor Relations Act in Federal Court. I have lectured on topics such as “Nursing Home Neglect & Abuse”, “Indemnification Issues”; “Mold Litigation”; “Defending the Deep Pocket”. Several of his high profile cases have generated national media attention. I have appeared on the Fox News Channel and various local television networks to discuss bullying in our schools and the gross injustices many citizens in our society face.
