Recently Retired on an Accidental Disability Retirement Pension

Warren asked me to write him a review as I very recently won my 3/4 pension as a police officer. I won my Social Security Disability about 9 months before my pension came through and I won my workers compensation case. I am financially set thanks to Warren and his staff. I understand client f...rustration and feeling a sense that it will never end. Bashing the lawyer who is working hard to help you is not the answer. Warren is definitely plugged in and puts in the time. I myself emailed him and received responses on Saturdays, Sundays and nights. He has that fancy remote hook up to his office so he can pull up your file on his laptop computer. His office scans all of your files so he can help you no matter where he is. A truly unhappy client should call him or email him or set up a free appointment to sit down and clear the air in a productive way. Warren is telling the truth he works very hard and has 6 other lawyers working on his team. Between this army of lawyers and large support staff you can always reach someone. The bottom line for me is I won and I am receiving the most that I can possibly receive. Warren is a good guy. He has a great large staff and they win. That is the bottom line.

A Very Satisfied Retired Corrections Officer

I hired Mr. Roth and his team to help me secure my 3/4 pension, social security and workers compensation benefits. He did not promise me the moon and the stars. He did promise to work hard and told me the that the only guarantees in life are taxes and death. Mr. Roth has four full time legal a...ssistants that do the majority of the phone calls on the Social Security application process. He has 5 full time lawyers working on his group every day. I could always get my questions answered if not by Warren then by one of his staff. He even had a nurse go with me at my Retirement medical examination to protect my interests. I was able to reach him by both telephone and by email. He delivered on what he promised. He and his staff knew the ins and outs of how to prosecute my claims. I am very grateful for all of their hard work. I did not want to get hurt. I did not want to retire. I did want to get any benefits that I was entitled to. You can trust Mr. Roth and his staff to get you what your are entitled to. I recommend him to all members of law enforcement. One his attorneys is a retired Police Lt. who has been a lawyer around 25 years. You can't find this kind of experience in any other law firm.

Warren's Experience and Expertise Made the Difference

I had dealt with workers compensation attorneys in the past for line of duty injuries. None of them came even close to the represntation I received from Mr. Roth, his assistant Dawn Marie and one of Associate Attorneys Ryan Allen. I am now retired on a performance of duty police and fire pension... and am receiving my benefits from both workers compensation and social security disabilty. Roth knew his way through the process and got it all done in less than 18 months. I mostly communicated with him by phone calls to his office and by email. Ryan always got back to me as well. They did a great job for me. Warren even called me recently on a Sunday to address some of my concerns about my disabilty pension. He and his staff care. I paid one flat fee on my retirement with no extra charges being billed. I won all aspects of my case. I strongly recommend Mr. Roth to everyone who gets hurt on the job. You can trust his office to do the right thing for you.

I won my 3/4 yesterday and I can relax today

My case as a police officer was a fully litigated matter. I won my Social Security, my workers compensation and my Accidental Disability Retirement. The process took from Start to finish about 16 months. As an MOS I read the prior reviews before posting mine. Here are the hard cold facts. Wa...rren has a busy successful practice because he cares and he wins. I understand everyone's frustration with the process. No one likes calling Warren or one his staff and being told that nothing is new and to be patient. That is not their fault. It is the process. The retirement system and social security administration and the workers compensation boards are very busy with claims. The longer the process takes the more people that will get frustrated blame the lawyer and walk away from their claims. Warren does work every Saturday. He does return his calls and emails. Expect the process to take a long time. If he did not care he would not give out his cell phone number and email address. If you post a review because you are upset post your email address or name so Warren can call you and give you the extra attention you need. His associates Ryan and John worked on my case and did a great job. Nancy and her group were very helpful on my matters as well. I read a recent review where someone said the obvious if you need a follow up appointment to review your file call his office and they meet with you at no charge. Bottom line to my review is he got me the best result possible. I won and my children and I are now financially secure. Be prepared to go to your doctors to obtain medical records and be prepared for a long process. Warren sends you copies of all correspondence and does return the calls. He made my life better and he will do the same for you.

A great result worth the wait

I was involved in an accident and could not work. I needed a lawyer. Two of my friends recommended Mr. Roth. He makes a great initial impression. He gave me his cell phone number and email address. At first I kept calling him each week asking if anything was new. He kept promising me he would ...call with all new developments. I relaxed and he kept his word. I just called his office on Thursday this past week and left him a voice message. One hour later he called me back from his Florida Christmas vacation. That is the kind of guy he is. He is a regular down to earth guy outside of the court room. He secured my Disabilty benefits and got me the entire insurance on the car who hit me. He works with at least 8 attorneys within his group at the law firm. I was very impressed that all of my files were electronically scanned and available to him on a secured server. You can trust Warren to get the job done.
