Forever Grateful

Jay Dankner. You did it Jay! You saved our case. You gave us a future. I don't know if I properly thanked you after the jury verdict came in 100% for us. I was kind of stunned. In shock really. But I guess I shouldn't have been. I mean, you told us it would be OK. That we would be OK. Bu...t you were the only one who said that. The only one who believed we could win. When every other lawyer said our case was too difficult, you said not to worry. When not just the opposition, but the insurance companies, the hospitals, even the court system, all seemed to be against us, you were there. Calming. Caring. Always kind, always available. Answering every question we had. Addressing all our concerns. And so ridiculously knowledgeable in EVERY aspect of the law that we knew we would be OK. That we would win, even when everyone else said it couldn't be done. And you didn't just win for us Jay. You crushed it! You guided us through 5 years of legal quicksand after my husbands accident. You turned one of the worst times of our lives completely around. You saved us. You gave us a future. And we are forever grateful. Forever thankful. You're 1 of a kind...and simply the best!

Jay Dankner is several cuts above the rest

When an injury devastated my life, his professional and personal skills allowed me to take care of my healing process, physical and mental, while he and his team took care of the rest. He was always available to answer questions and concerns throughout my case. Emails were returned right away and i...f he was unavailable, someone would contact me to let me know of when I should expect to speak with him. I was never made to feel like I was just another client, and when someone is in a situation like mine, that means a tremendous amount. Besides his caring demeanor, his knowledge as a seasoned trial attorney eased me during an otherwise nerve-wracking process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Top Notch

Jay Dankner is an excellent attorney who represented me in a product liability case in which I suffered physical harm due to a silicone implant. He is hard working, diligent as well as compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

Car Accident - Insurance Finally Paid!

My parked car was struck in Manhattan by a commercial driver. I witnessed the accident and the offending driver provided me his license and insurance details. When I contacted his employer, the story changed. I needed legal help and Mr. Dankner pursued the claim, taking witness statements, and the... insurance company responded and settled in-full as soon as Mr. Dankner got involved. The experience was great. Thank you Mr. Dankner!
