Biography
I specialize in residential and commercial real estate transactions and have done so for over the last twenty-five years. I am available to represent you in the purchase and/or sale of your home or business property. I charge both hourly rates and fixed fees.
I handle each transaction personally and completely. Even though I do the entire process, I charge what are currently considered discount fees. Most other law firms that do transactional work today use paralegals and/or assistants to do the paperwork of your contract and closing, with little or no lawyer time on the file in order to save costs.
My customary business hours are 9-6 pm M-F. I will make myself availability under special circumstances to meet my clients needs.
