Bari handled the closing on our house this spring. We found her to be highly responsive at all times, even surprising us with quick responses to our emails on weekends and evenings. She also communicated with third parties as needed to save us stress and expedite our closing in order to maintain our ...mortgage agreement parameters. She was knowledgeable, dependable, and highly competent, yet not condescending or dismissive in any way. This was by far our best experience in dealing with an attorney for any purpose and we are currently using her to write our lease agreement.

I am a first time home buyer and like every first time home buyers did extensive research in trying to find the right attorney for me. I am more than happy that I chose Bari to represent me. Not only is she knowledgeable and up to date with current laws, contracts and the closing process but she trul...y did represent me as a buyer. She answered all of my questions from the start to the close either via email or phone. Bari answering my questions is not surprising what is surprising is when she would answer them. I would either call or email her on the weekends or after work hours with questions or concerns, expecting an answer the next day or on the following Monday but she would either answer immediately or reply back within a reasonable time. Buying a house is a very stressful experience and not being able to get an answer from your attorney or leaving messages at the office with the secretary or paralegal and waiting for an answer can add to that stress. Bari does not have a secretary or any paralegals working for her and even though she does have multiple clients, I truly felt she was my personal lawyer. I highly recommend her to anyone, she did a fantastic job and I was able to close on my house on May 22.
