We chose Bari over three other law firms for a closing on a townhouse in Rye Brook. While her fee was less than the competitors we called, this in no way reflects upon her excellent ability to deal with complex closing transactions. We had two mortgages and lenders to work with, and Bari worked with ...us through every detail. She's very responsive and clearly advocates for your best interests, especially when the selling side is trying to give less than a fair concession. Bari did a house closing for us this March 2016. She took care of the contract, banks (we have two loans) and even dealt directly with our insurance broker as we needed to get flood insurance while we were on vacation. She is effective, committed and responds quickly when she is needed. For the fixed... fee she charges you get a great deal. Highly recommended.

I found Ms. Schulman to be a pleasure to work with. What I liked the most is that she is hands-on. Meaning when I call she is the one who picks up the phone, not a secretary. When I email her she responds within a few seconds to minutes. I have had my share of real estate lawyers and found her to be... by far the best. The price she charges is excellent.
