My wife and I recently hired Bari for a condo closing in Hastings on Hudson. Bari was quick to reply to our emails, had great advice, and was very pro-active in communicating with the other parties involved. As first time home buyers working without a real estate broker, the process can be overwhelm...ing, but thanks to Bari, it went pretty smoothly. Bari is an excellent and competent real estate attorney. I'm a first time home buyer and had been looking since last October. I found Ms. Schulman to be a pleasure to work with. What I liked the most is that she is hands-on. Meaning when I call she is the one who picks up the phone, not a secretary. When I email her she responds within a few seconds to minutes. I have had my share of real estate lawyers and found her to be... by far the best. The price she charges is excellent. My realtor even praised about how well and how quickly she gets things done. I have questions or concerns she was there to explain it to me in detail. Best lawyer ever.
