We hired Bari for the purchase of our first home. Bari was extremely responsive. She was always available to answer any questions that we had. She even helped speed up our mortgage process, which was becoming quite stressful, to say the least. In the end, we closed on time and everything went smooth...ly. Bari's fee was also very reasonable, which was great, considering all the expenses associated with purchasing a home!

I hired Bari to do my home closing. I purchased a home from family members. This, coupled with the property being a multi family, making it more complicated did not stop her from taking it on. Bari did an absolutely amazing job from uncovering issues, interacting with a  number of family members with... different personalities, to a last minute crisis, and managed to pull it all off when we thought the closing would get pushed back weeks. She went way above and beyond to educate me on all the nuances of this unusual deal. I was impressed to the fullest and would highly recommend her for any real estate dealings. She is caring, explains it all and will do what is necessary to figure it all out and get the job done correctly.
