I had great difficulty refinancing my mortgage on my own. The mortgage company (bank) telephoned nonstop; different people from different departments requested the same documents week after week. All the while, daily phone calls came from the bank demanding payment. It did not matter that I was in... the process of refinancing. I was a nervous wreck! We had spent 2-3 years trying to work with our bank to get a loan modification done on our own. Before I came to Acocella law group for help. I was at the end of my rope. I was about to lose my home. Didn't have any one to turn too for help. I employed this firms services in November of 2012. They got the job done for us and a fair settlement. We dealt with James Galluscio and he was very knowledgeable and available almost 24/7. There was just one minor hiccup but it was quickly resolved by the firm. They were able to deal with the lende...r in a way that got results were we were at a loss and had pretty much given up. I would highly recommend this firm and would definitely considering them again if need be. Top notch service! :)
