Acocella Law Group renewed my faith in a Company that advertises they can help you with your mortgage difficulties and actually delivers on what they promise. I originally went with a Company located outside New York who guaranteed me a Mortgage modification and after 14 months never got it approve...d. I ended that relationship and after hearing a commercial on radio for Acocella Law Group I contacted them and made an appointment to discuss my problem. After meeting with Jim Golluscio and discussing my mortgage difficulties and his advice on programs that are available to help us my wife and myself immediately new we were in good hands to get this situation resolved and in June of 2014 we retained Acocella Law to handle this modification. We were than assigned Sandra Kestler as the processor to handle the modification process with my Mortgage Lender. She advised us of what the whole process entails and contacted us every 10 days with updates as the process moved forward. Her expertise and knowledge of all requirements needed to get this approved gave us the confidence that we finally were with the right company to keep us from possibly losing or home and getting our financial situation resolved. In October 2014 we were approved for a Mortgage Modification. With the help of Jim, Sandra and the rest of the team that worked to get this modification approved my wife and I would like to thank Jim, Sandra and the entire Acocella Law Group for their professionalism and courtesy in getting our situation resolved. We had spent 2-3 years trying to work with our bank to get a loan modification done on our own.
