We had a very positive experience working witht he Acocella Law Group. The professionals and staff were attentive, responsible and assertive. They always got back to us in a very prompt manner and answered any questions we had at any given time during the process of them completing our loan modific...ation. They were able to get our bank who holds our mortgage to lower our payments so far on a trial basis and hopefully for the duration of our loan. I look forward to keeping in touch with the staff and informing them of the final outcome, but am extremely grateful for all their help to get us where we are now. Acocella Law Group renewed my faith in a Company that advertises they can help you with your mortgage difficulties and actually delivers on what they promise. I originally went with a Company located outside New York who guaranteed me a Mortgage modification and after 14 months never got it approve...d. I ended that relationship and after hearing a commercial on radio for Acocella Law Group I contacted them and made an appointment to discuss my problem. After meeting with Jim Golluscio and discussing my mortgage difficulties and his advice on programs that are available to help us my wife and myself immediately new we were in good hands to get this situation resolved and in June of 2014 we retained Acocella Law to handle this modification. We were than assigned Sandra Kestler as the processor to handle the modification process with my Mortgage Lender. She advised us of what the whole process entails and contacted us every 10 days with updates as the process moved forward. Her expertise and knowledge of all requirements needed to get this approved gave us the confidence that we finally were with the right company to keep us from possibly losing or home and getting our financial situation resolved. In October 2014 we were approved for a Mortgage Modification. With the help of Jim, Sandra and the rest of the team that worked to get this modification approved my wife and I would like to thank Jim, Sandra and the entire Acocella Law Group for their professionalism and courtesy in getting our situation resolved. I'd like to thank the entire staff for all they did for me with my loan re-modification . Especially lisa deluca , Candice Watkins and josh verillo. I can't believe my mortgage was cut in half and now my rate is 2%. I'm very happy with the service and don't really have any negatives to mention . it ...can be a little hard to get them on the phone but I had my daughter email them and they got right back to me. I'm happy and grateful and I'm going to recommend the service to my friends in need.
