Biography
WOLF & FUHRMAN, LLP is a partnership that has been in practicing together for over thirty-five years. The partnership is made up of two experienced trial attorneys, Eliot M. Wolf who prior to becoming an attorney was a board certified foot surgeon and Marvin D. Fuhrman who has a thirty year history as a trial attorney obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements in all types of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. Our experience began as a firm that defended high risk physicians in the late 1990's with a small plaintiffs practice as well. At the beginning of this century, in the year 2000, we chose to devote our practice solely to victims of negligence and their families. We have over sixty-five years of legal experience, combined with our medical expertise which makes us uniquely qualified to obtain maximum monetary compensation on behalf of our clients who have been injured, and victims in a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle accidents, trip/fall accidents, medical malpractice/wrongful death, lead paint poisoning, infant birth injuries, construction/scaffold accidents, sidewalk accidents, and injured workers. As a young man, at age 18, my father died as a result of medical malpractice. He had submitted for a minor eye surgery, a cataract correction, and was killed as a result of medical negligence. That experience allows me to have a unique insight into the position of many of our clients who have lost a loved due to the inattentiveness, negligence or simply the lack of caring on the part of a medical provider. We pride ourselves on treating our clients as we would want to be treated. The longevity of the partnership bespeaks the care and sensitivity we have for one another, our staff and our clients.

I trust him
He gave me honest feedback hey Eliot... I know a psychiatrist that refused my right of a Reece Hearing and threatened... promised to send the goons if I refused his drugs... Been running for my life for a decade... not really the time you want to summon someone to court
