Very responsive and ensured I understood what is going on
I used the Otterbeck law firm for both my selling of my home in NY and buying of my new home in NJ. Chris was very responsive to my initial contact with him and gave me the lay of the land of what to expect. He was honest in regards to what is doable and gave me advice to ensure my sale goes through. He did everything I asked of him and I walked away from both deals very happy. I appreciated someone who took the time to explain the process to me and took my input into consideration. I highly recommend the team at Otterbeck law firm.

Great Home Buying Experience...
Chris represented me on the purchase of a New Jersey home in 2013. As this was my first home purchase, I required a greater level of attention than most clients and Chris was always incredibly responsive and willing to explain each step of the process in detail. Our particular purchase involved several challenging legal situations and unique personalities to manage, which Chris handled with great confidence and professionalism. He was particularly skilled at foreseeing and solving potential issues promptly to ensure they did not become major roadblocks. Real Estate and tenant law experience

Highly Recommended Attorney
