Christopher H. Otterbeck, Esq. graduated from St. John's University in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2004.
Christopher is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. He specializes in real estate transactions, the representation of homeowners associations and condominiums, landlord and tenant matters, probate and administration proceedings and in the representation of lenders in real estate transactions.
Christopher H. Otterbeck has been a member of the Richmond County, New York State and American Bar Associations since 2004. He is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
He is an active member of the Staten Island Economic Development Corp.'s Business Council and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.
