James made multiple assurances to me regarding my case, and told me what he figured I wanted to hear. He took his fee, and then promptly disappeared. I called his office 5 times,... never got a hold of him, and left messages for him to call me back. I have heard nothing for well over 8 months now. I emailed him 4 times, not once did he reply. Not a single call or email returned. So, not only did he lie to me about my case, he ignored any attempt of contact whatsoever.
