James H. Birch is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as many federal courts. His clients include individuals, small businesses, and mortgage lenders. As a former president of the Richmond County Bar Association, he remains on its Board of Directors and has represented the Association as its delegate to the Network of Bar Leaders and the Association of the Bar in New York City.
He is a graduate of Touro Law School and has been in private practice for more than 25 years. Mr. Birch is a member of the New York State Bar Association, in addition to the Richmond County Bar Association. Attorney Birch serves as an Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.

James Birch is an EXCELLENT attorney. My wife who also happens to be an attorney recommended Jamie to help me with my speeding ticket in Staten Island. The ticket was for 70 mph in a 35 mph construction zone. I tried to explain to the officer that I was NOT traveling at that speed but he refused to...
