Fantastic experience!! I received a ticket for being on cell phone which, in fact was a water bottle that I was drinking from and not a cell phone that I was talking on. Office had no interest in my explanation. James asked for all supporting documents to clearly show that I was not on cell and he ...took it from there. I did not need to worry about anything from that point forward. James patiently worked with courts to return a not guilty decision. I would absolutely recommend his services.

James was personally referred to me by a friend, and regardless of that fact, his professionalism was nowhere to be found. James made multiple assurances to me regarding my case, and told me what he figured I wanted to hear. He took his fee, and then promptly disappeared. I called his office 5 times,... never got a hold of him, and left messages for him to call me back. I have heard nothing for well over 8 months now. I emailed him 4 times, not once did he reply. Not a single call or email returned. So, not only did he lie to me about my case, he ignored any attempt of contact whatsoever. I would urge anyone thinking about using this lawyer to take their case elsewhere.
