Biography
James H. Birch is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as many federal courts. His clients include individuals, small businesses, and mortgage lenders. As a former president of the Richmond County Bar Association, he remains on its Board of Directors and has represented the Association as its delegate to the Network of Bar Leaders and the Association of the Bar in New York City.
He is a graduate of Touro Law School and has been in private practice for more than 25 years. Mr. Birch is a member of the New York State Bar Association, in addition to the Richmond County Bar Association. Attorney Birch serves as an Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.

Worst lawyer ever!! Never updated me about my case.He lost the case and not told me and I received mail letter from dmv.I was found guilty so I ended up paying for the ticket and his fee. The least they could’ve done is to give me a call and let me know about my situation. Waste of money!

Non-responsive and Unprofessional
James was personally referred to me by a friend, and regardless of that fact, his professionalism was nowhere to be found.
