Claudia Slovinsky

I have retained Claudia Slovinsky and her associates for over 8 years now. Prior to retaining her, I have met with numerous high-profile immigration lawyers who were not able to do anything for me. I cannot say enough great things about her and her office. For me, and from my experience, Claudia... is one of, if not, the best immigration attorney/s in the country. My case was very unique and almost impossible but, through Claudia, I NOW HAVE A GREEN CARD. Her briefs were the most educated and well-researched I've ever read because SHE KNOWS THE LAW thoroughly and her strategies were strong and tight. With my very difficult case, she was aware of all the immigration law nuances and found clever and creative solutions that other lawyers did not even think of. She's a great communicator who gave me the facts straight-on and completely--so my expectations were based on fact--not on a unrealistic, falsely-hopeful premise--this allowed me to make sound and wise decisions. I have referred many of my friends to her offices and they have all been very impressed and happy. Her associates (especially Leena Khandwala) and her staff are all completely competent, honest and knowledgeable. Her fees are fair and each dollar I paid was justly accounted for (to the minute). I've learned that excellent representation does not come for free. The bottom line is this. I credit Claudia Slovinsky and her offices for my present legal, permanent-resident status here in the US. Because of her work, I am able to live a productive and full life in the United Stated without fear. Claudia has taken me out of the shadows. I will never forget what she said to me in one of our meetings a few years ago. "I will not stop until you get a green card". I know immigration woes can consume a person. I remember it being a large part of my life--it almost defined me. It elicited shame and fear and I almost always felt alone. Alone with this dark secret. When I retained Claudia, she demystified the law and its consequences for me. She lifted that veil of secrecy and educated me on what my options were and which I should pursue. To this day, I still communicate with Claudia periodically, referring travel plans to her and she updates me on new matters with the law that may concern me.
