Claudia and her team are the best in business. We have successfully received permanent residency status for my husband, and Claudia and team have been there through the journey from the fiancé visa application through to the final interview. It turned out to be quite a complex and long case, hit with... COVID delays, but the team were consistently there by our side throughout. I hired and retained Ms. Slovinsky to apply for asylum but she failed to deliver and charged me for unreasonable amount of fees. There were no detail information or proof regarding the charges and fees in the invoice that I received from her after I requested a refund. I raised my concerns and disa...greements regarding the unreasonable fees to Ms. Slovinsky but she had no intention to resolve. Moreover, Ms. Slovinsky tried to ask me to sign a different and new retainer agreement with $2500 just for my naturalization interview, which was way too expensive comparing to the market standard. Ms. Slovinsky ignored my request to return my files and documents related to my case. And I had to wait for at least 20 minutes every time that I had an appointment with her associate.
