I hired and retained Ms. Slovinsky to apply for asylum but she failed to deliver and charged me for unreasonable amount of fees. There were no detail information or proof regarding the charges and fees in the invoice that I received from her after I requested a refund. I raised my concerns and disa...greements regarding the unreasonable fees to Ms. Slovinsky but she had no intention to resolve. Claudia, Leena, and Jonathan worked wonderfully as a team and all three showed a lot of patience as they guided us through the daunting task of obtaining a Green Card. It is my opinion that most lawyers probably have a good intellectual understanding of this system; however, they took it a step forwa...rd and provided us with the necessary support and were available, when necessary, to answer any question we had.
