Claudia and her team are the best in business. We have successfully received permanent residency status for my husband, and Claudia and team have been there through the journey from the fiancé visa application through to the final interview. It turned out to be quite a complex and long case, hit with... COVID delays, but the team were consistently there by our side throughout. I hired and retained Ms. Slovinsky to apply for asylum but she failed to deliver and charged me for unreasonable amount of fees. There were no detail information or proof regarding the charges and fees in the invoice that I received from her after I requested a refund. Has a difficult experience with her many years ago. My wife was applying for green card through marriage. Her mother passed away and my wife was desperate to go to her mom's funeral. Claudia told us there was nothing we could do. A couple of days passed and then an acquaintance told my wife abou...t something called advance parole. We ended up retrieving everything from Claudia's office and under desperate pressure we were able to work everything out on our own (with INS) and my wife went home. Had this not worked out my wife would have been forever haunted. My impression was that Ms. Slovinksy did not care about my wife's situation and that she made our simple application much more complicated and slower than necessary.
