Best in the business
Claudia and her team are the best in business. We have successfully received permanent residency status for my husband, and Claudia and team have been there through the journey from the fiancé visa application through to the final interview. It turned out to be quite a complex and long case, hit with...

bad experience
I hired and retained Ms. Slovinsky to apply for asylum but she failed to deliver and charged me for unreasonable amount of fees. There were no detail information or proof regarding the charges and fees in the invoice that I received from her after I requested a refund. I raised my concerns and disa...
I am sorry to read about your experience with our office’s services. However, I am surprised about your characterization of the facts. We provided you with a detailed invoice explaining all time charged. It was fortunate, and we were very happy for you, that ultimately and at the last minute you did not need the application filed but, unfortunately, almost all the work had already been done. We refunded you the balance of funds not spent, as is our practice in all cases.

Bad experience many years ago
Has a difficult experience with her many years ago. My wife was applying for green card through marriage. Her mother passed away and my wife was desperate to go to her mom's funeral. Claudia told us there was nothing we could do. A couple of days passed and then an acquaintance told my wife abou...
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I do not recall the particular matter from many years ago and wonder why you are posting now, but I am surprised as advance parole is a routine matter that we advise and act on regularly and effectively, often in emergency situations.
