Ray managed my case very effectively. He knew exactly how far to push opposing counsel. He was able to do so reasonably and without being antagonistic. Ray was methodical and disciplined. He was also great to work with. He was available to talk at anytime, which really reduced the stress of bein...g party to an adversarial pre-litigation dispute.
